2010 Riot?

In my scans for photos tagged with both 'vancouver' and 'olympics' on Flickr (the script I whipped up to give me RSS of that seems to be getting more and better results than a tag search), I found Andrew's photo you see to your right which has someone spray-painting "2010 RIOT" in public places. A quick search for '2010 riot' found another photo, this time with a nametag with the phrase.

Andrew says this is evidence of "a lot of people in Vancouver who aren't happy about the 2010 Olympics." As with the search for the person or people responsible for "Repent Sinner" stickers, I'm curious to know if anydbody might now who or what group might be responsible for "2010 Riot". Or, if not, are there more photos documenting the appearance of "2010 Riot" in graffiti or stickers or other graphic art forms?
